Overview & Methodology
Arsenal Football Club’s first ever year-round academy in the U.S. is an amazing opportunity for select players to get elite level training based on the methodology and innovative curriculum of one the world's most recognized and successful clubs. By replicating the Arsenal academy set-up in London, we aspire to develop players to become the best they can be and inspire a lifelong passion for the sport.
All of our training drills and tactics come directly from Arsenal FC. Training methods used by the 1st team at Colney and the youth Academy at Hale End are replicated through our customized coach's curriculum, and represent the latest findings in the technical, tactical and psychological aspects of the game and individual player development. Academy players train a minimum of three times a week and play a maximum of two games incorporating both EDP league and tournament play. The program is designed to give dedicated and talented players the training and experience needed to reach the highest levels of the game. In addition, select teams travel to London each year to compete against local opposition, and for exclusive visits to Arsenal FC facilities.Arsenal Academy Players Development

There are over 5,000 US Youth Soccer clubs across the nation, and while the popularity of soccer and programming grows, there is a great range of approach and philosophy. As an extension of Arsenal F.C., the Arsenal Academy USA has the responsibility to provide an Arsenal guided curriculum and to give youth soccer players the opportunity to play the game while learning and growing as individuals.
